The current
list of accepted insurance is as follows:

A percentage of your fee may be covered by your health insurance or employee
benefit plan. However, payment is required at the start of each session. An
invoice will be provided each session to allow you to submit the invoice to
your insurance plan. Please check your coverage carefully by asking the
following questions:
- Do I have mental health benefits and am I allowed to go out of network for therapy?
- Do I have an out of network mental health deductible? If so, what is the individual out of network deductible amount?
- Is approval or a referral required from my primary care physician for mental health counseling?
Cancellation Policy
If you do not show up for your scheduled therapy appointment, and you have
not notified us at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay a
cancellation fee.
